Heers Associates 59?1 Jurupa Avenue Riverside, California Las Vegas * August 11, 1953 W 2>1*-119 Gentlemens This will refer to your letter of June 23, 1953 making application for extension of the water mains of the undersigned under Rule 9 of the Rules and Regulations of the undersigned on file with the Nevada Public Service Commission in the Subdivision proposed by you which is described as - Heers Subdivision - Nevada 1, Las Vegas, Nevada. Please be advised that Las Vegas Land and Water Company (subject to the approval of the Las Vegas Valley Water District as herein provided) will be willing to enter into a formal contract with you for such extension under Rule 9 of its said Rules and Regulations subject to the following conditions: 1. If such contract is executed by you and all money required to be deposited by you with the undersigned under the term® of said contract is deposited by you within ninety (90) days from the date hereof. 2. The plans and specif1cations for and the location of the said pipe lines shall be satisfactory to the undersigned and the cost of the work of constructing said pipe lines to be refunded by the undersigned to you under the provisions of said Rule 9 shall be in an amount satisfactory to the undersigned. 3. Said pipe lines shall be laid in public streets or alleys or on a private right of way furnished by you to the undersigned as disclosed by a policy of title insurance to be furnished by you to the undersigned by the PIONEER TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY in form satisfactory to the undersigned and with limits of liability of $1,000.00. if, Title to all of said mains shall be vested in the undersigned.
