I would like to take this opportunity to advise you that it is not the policy of the Water Company to mail monthly statements due to the fact that water is furnished on a flat monthly rate basis. The monthly rate for your Las Vegas store is #3.90 per month and it would be appreciated if you would arrange with your bookkeeper to make a monthly remittance to this office to cover same.
