Cory Dear Sir: Please refer to the Agreement *N"L,D. 2?ol dated August 6, 1953 between the Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Richard Toleno, dba Paradise Part: corering construction of water mains to serve Paradise Park, Las Vegas, Heva&a, which provides under Article 1, Section J that the Subdivider agrees to provide the Las Vegas Land and Water Company5 (a) With a title report Issued by the Pioneer Title Insurance Company showing that where pipe lines are located in dedicated streets or alleys, such streets or alleys have been lawfully dedicated under the laws of the State of Nevada by the owners of record of all of the land involved; (b) With a policy of title insurance with limits of 11,000.00 issued by Pioneer Title Insurance Company showing title to the easements referred to in Paragraph 4 of this Article I to be vested in Las Vegas Land and Water Company. In accordance with terms of the above Agreement, will you please furnish as quickly as possible, the title report covered by paragraph a, and policy of title insurance covered by paragraph b, both of which are as quoted above.
