Mr. Conner: If Mr. Stava calls, will you hand him the reports furnished herewith and it may he well for you to check with Mr. Bennett to see whether it's permissable to return these hooks to Mr. Stava, as I believe Mi*- Stava is asking for them in order that he may return them to Mr. Bennett, who, I believe, loaned them to him. I am also sending herewith copy of Ordinance #All and a separate report showing "Average daily flow of water through the Las Vegas Sewage Treatment Plant from June 12, 1950 through September 20, 1950,** which I believe belonged to Mr. Bennett, but which was not mentioned by Mr. Stava in his letter to me. Stava Mayflower Hotel 535 Grand Avenue Los Angelee, California Dear Mr. Stava: Please refer to your letter dated May 11, 1953 with regard to reports on Las Vegas water furnished you by Mr. Reinhardt in connection with recent hearing in Las Vegas, X have found the two reports mentioned by you, which are entitled! 1. Report on water supply for Las Vegas Valley Water District, Las Vegas, Nevada, dated October, 19^9, by Greeley and Hansen. 2. Appraisal of Las Vegas water properties by Taylor and Taylor, dated August 1, 1 9 % . I am unable to locate the profile mentioned by you of pipe line from Lake Mead across the Las Vegas Valley and, while I remember seeing it, I do not recall what became of it. In accordance with your request, I am sending by Railroad Mail the above two mentioned reports to Mr. Reinhardt’s office in Los Angeles, and would suggest that you call on Mr. L. C.
