Plunkett who is developing area west of Union Pacific right of way Immediately south of Charleston Boulevard, Las Vegas, Hevada* The owners of the laundry building now under construction at southerly end of proposed pipe line were in my office yesterday stating that installation of laundry machinery is practically complete, and have requested that water service be provided as quickly as possible so that they can test the machinery and be ready to open for business on June 1. In view of the above, would appreciate if you could secure wire authority to construct this water line In advance of Work Order. All materials are now on the ground and Mr. Cory has submitted an agreement between the Mater Company and Longley Construction Company to Mr. Bennett covering the contract to install this line. L. R.
