Cory - Las Vegas 00 s Mr, v;m, Reinhardt Mr. E, E, Bennett Will you please prepare usual form of refund agreement with Federal Pevelopment Co., Inc,, a Nevada Corporation, whose place of business is 3300 West Charleston Boulevard, Las Vegas, Nevada, covering the construction of approximately 1175 LF of 8 “ and 3793 LF of 6 * cast iron water mains and 120 LF of 6 “ fire hydrant connections to serve Westleigh Tract #h, The location of water mains and fire hydrant connections will be as Indicated on map which will be fur­nished by Mr. R. L. Adamson. Subdivider Agrees 5 1. At Its own expense to furnish all necessary materials and labor and to construct: (a) Approximately 1175 LF of 8* cast iron water mains. (b) Approximately 3793 LF of 6* cast iron water mains. (c) Approximately 120 LF of 6 “ oast iron fire hydrant connections. The cost of constructing said water mains (exclusive of cost of constructing said 120 LF of 6# fire hydrant con­nections) is agreed to be the sum of #29,550, 2, Said water mains shall be constructed of 6* a n d B ,f.Class 150 B & 8 cast iron pipe and shall be in accordance with Federal specifications WiP kZl Type 1. All joints shall be cement. All fittings shall be new, all bell cast iron, equal to ASA Standard Class 250. All valves shall be double dish, parallel seat bronze mountings conforming to AWWA standards, not less than 175 lbs., and all valve boxes shall be of cast iron of appropriate size for each valve. Unless otherwise approved by a duly authorized representative of the company, all pipe mlve® and fit­tings shall be manufactured by the Pacific States Cast Iron Pipe Company or Mueller Company. All pipe lines shall be chlorinated in accordance with A W A specifications , shall be subject to the approval and acceptance of State and City Health Authorities, and shall be constructed at an elevation to be designated by a duly authorized representa­tive of the company, but In no event shall there be less than 36“ of covering over such water mains. All workman­ship, material and installation of said water mains shall be subject to the approval and acceptance by a duly author­ized representative of the company.
