Bennett Please refer to agreement 2631* Contrast Audit IO653* covering agreement between Las Vegas Land and Water Com­pany and MPL Corporation covering construction of 3120 LF of 6® oast iron water mains to serve Moss Tract #3, Las Vegas, Nevada, which is dated Becember 9* 1952. Above agreement covers construction of pipe line to serve Moss Tract #3 , but in connection with the construction of this line, it was necessary to extend the pipe line westerly from Moss Tract #3 in Isabelle Avenue through Moss Tract #2 between Blocks #2 and #3 to 21st Street— from which point it was extended farther to a connection with existing pipe line immediately west of 20th Street In Sunrise Avenue. At the time this pipe line was extended through Moss Tract #2, the adjacent property was undeveloped and the above mentioned agreement did not provide that the Subdivider would receive 35# of monthly revenue received from customers in that portion of Tract #2 adjacent to Isabelle Avenue. MPL Corporation, through Mr, Moss, is now developing Moss Tract #2, Slocks 2 and 3, In area outlined in red on attached drawing B-600, dated November 10, 1952* and has requested that the above mentioned agreement be revised or amended to provide that, in addition to Moss Tract #3, the Company will pay to the Sub-divider 35# of the monthly revenue received by it from customers
