L&a Yeg&s - June 1953 V, Gray G-ubler, Attorney 4g i Fremont Street Las Vegas, Nevada fear Mr. Qubler: This is with reference to our conversation of this day relative to an Agreement prepared by the Las Vegas Land and Water Company between Las" Vegas Land and Water Company and Chester D*. Si rams and Marie B. Sirams, covering a water line which traverses Lot 1, Bloch 5 of Desert Park No* 2 as shown on file in Book 3, Page 59 of Plats, Clark County, Nevada, In accordance with your request, I called Mr, Sweeney of the Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust Company this date relative to ownership of the above described lot and he advised th&t the record shows that this lot is still owned by the Simms* As attorney for the Simms, I understand you would prefer that 1 send this Agreement to you for execution by the Sisaiaa rather than send it direct to them. I am therefore sending you herewith duplicate originals and one extra copy of the Agreement with the request that you have the Simms execute the two original copies, both of which should be returned to me for execution by our officials* The Simms may retain the extra copy for their file.
