Smith Racoonsends 11on for Las Vegas Land and Water Company authority to construct approximately 530 LF of 8* and 2980 LF of 6" cast Iron water mains and 30 LF of 6* fire hydrant connections to serve Paradise Park Subdivision, Las Vegas, Nevada, at an estimated cost of 113,160, chargeable to investment, of which 160 is a donation. Richard Toleno, DBA Paradise Park, has entered Into private contract for construction of water mains and fire hydrant connections, at M s own expense, upon understanding, subject to Executive approval, the Water Company will, pursuant to Nevada Public Service Commission Rule sake complete or partial refund of cost of water mains, which is agreed to be the sum of fll,84o. In addition, Mr. Toleno, DR& Paradise Park, has agreed to construct, at M s own expense, under private contract, 30 LF of fire hydrant connections at an estimated cost of 160, which amount is not subject to refund but will be capitalized as a donation* Request authority to enter Into usual refund agreement with Mr. Richard Toleno, DBA Paradise Park, as Subdivider. Approval of Las Vegas Valley Water District under provisions of Section 13, paragraph (to) of Agreement OLD 11342, dated June 1, 1953 has been obtained. Mr. Bennett sees no legal objection.
