Am unable to secure accurate esti­mate today, but am Informed that 300 will be outside. la addition to the above, there Is possibility of another magnesium and psrhaps an aluminum plant In the has Vegas territory. without considering the uncertainties as to the two last mentioned possibilities, but considering that pending the construction and placing in operation of the Lake Mead pipe line the General Contractor on the Magnesium plant will require about one-half million gallons of water per day by tank ear delivery for construction purposes, and that this last mentioned require­ment will extend into the hot months, there is no question as to the advisability of immediately proceeding with the two wells and reclaiming the present waste of some 300,000 gallons per day from Middle Spring. The separate Items making up the 165,700 amount are fully described in my letter of November 12th to Messrs. Jeffers and Prater. Briefly described, they are: 1. To recover 300,000 to L00,000 SPB of water from Middle Spring we propose to construct a chlorinating system with appur­tenances tf| 3 #?NS0 «
