Included in 1$42 Budget. Thie request covers service required to serve miscel­laneous housing development within or immediately adjacent to an area already served by the Water Co. The extension is such that its construction would be required by the Kevada Public Service Commission at sole cost of the Water Co. Request is made by Mr. Bracken. Mr. Build and 1 concur In recommendation that authority be granted to proceed with the work immediately upon receipt of materials. Mr. Bennett sees no legal objection.
