Las Vegas - February 6, 1953® Mr® R.L, Adamson - Los Angeles Attached please find one (1) print of plat showing location of lot owned by Mr, J*A® Tiberti on which he proposes to construct a warehouse® When constructing warehouse, Mr, Tiberti wishes to construct the floor at an elevation which would be suitable for unloading from cars which may be spotted on a spur track, which probably will eventually be constructed on the westerly side of his property along the U.P® main line. I believe we have previously run a profile on a proposed track which would extend along the westerly side of Mr, Tiberti1s property. If so, will you please advise me by 1phone so that I can give this information to Mr. Tiberti as quickly as possible as he is anxious to commence con— atruction. Enc. L®H® Maag
