Bennett Will yon please prepare usual form of refund agreement with Lee Construction Company, Inc., a Nevada Corporation, with place of business at 1501 Sweeney Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada, covering construction of cast Iron water mains and fire hydrant connections to serve approximately 9670 LF of 8” and 6” east Iron water mains, and approximately 100 LF of 6” cast iron fire hydrant connections to serve Eastwood Tract No. 1, as per reap recorded In Book 3, Page 80 of Plats, Clark County, Nevada, Records. Location of said water mins and fire hydrant connec­tions are Indicated on attached map (9 copies attached for use la preparing agreement)* Subdivide? agrees* 1* At itbs own expense to furnish all necessary materials and labor and to constructs (a) Approximately 2830 LF of 8” and 685© LF of 6W east Iron water mains* (b) Approximately 100 LF of 6* east iron fire hydrant connections. The cost of constructing said water mains (exclusive of the cost of constructing the said 100 LF of cast iron fire hydrant con­nections) is agreed to be the sum of 134640*00* 2. Said water mains shall be constructed of 8n and 6M cast iron pipe and shall be in accordance with AIWA specifications. All joints shall be cement and all pipe shall be new BAB east Iron, equal to AWWA Class 150. All fittings shall be new, all bell cast iron equal to AWWA Class 150, and all valve boxes shall be of cast iron of appropriate size for each valve.
