Bennett Will you please prepare usual for® of refund agreement with Lee Construction Company, Inc,, a Nevada Corporation, with place of business at 1501 Sweeney Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada, covering construction of oast iron water mains and fire hydrant connectloss to serve approximately 9670 LF of 8“ and 6M cast iron water mains, and approximately 100 LF of 6n cast Iron fire hydrant connections to serve Eastwood Tract No. 1, as per map recorded in Book 3, Page 80 of Plats, Clark County, Nevada, Records* Location of said water mains and fire hydrant connections are Indicated on attached map (9 copies attached for use in preparing agreement)• Subdivider agrees$ 1* At its own expense to furnish all necessary materials and labor and to constructs (a) Approximately 2830 LF of 8** and 6850 LF of 6M cast iron water mains* (b) Approximately 100 LF of 6M cast iron fire hydrant connections.
