Bennett Will yon please prepare usual forts of refund agreement with Federal Homes Development Co.# Ino., whose place of business is Room 9* Coronet Building, L&s Vegas, Nevada, covering the construction of oast iron water mains and fire hydrant connections to serve Hyde Park Subdivision No. 2, Las Vegas, Nevada, as per map recorded in Book 3# P&g® 75 of Plats, Clark County, Nevada records? The location of said water mains and fire hydrant connections are indicated on attached map# SUBDIVIDE!* AGREES* 1. At its own expense to furnish all necessary materials and labor to constructs (a) Approximately 3^76 IF of 8 s cast iron water mains# (b) Approximately 3088 LF of 6* cast iron water mains. 2# (c) Approximately 80 LF of cast iron fire hydrant connections. The cost of constructing said water mains (ex­clusive o f coat of constructing said 8© LF of 6* oast iron fire hydrant connections) is the agreed sum of 135*582# Said water mains shall be constructed of 6* and 8* Class 150 B & 3 cast iron pip© and shall be in accordance with Federal spedfications WWP 421 Type 1. All joints shall be cement. All fittings shall be new, all bell cast iron equal to ABA Standard Glass 250. All valves shall be double disk, parallel seat bronze mountings conforming to A W A standards, not less than 175 lbs., and all valve boxes shall be of e&st iron of appropriate size for each valve. Unless otherwise approved by a duly authorized repre­sentative of the Company, all pipe valves and fittings shall be manufactured by the Pacific States Cast .Iron Pipe Company or Mueller Company.
