Mr, Wm, Reinhardt -2- about 6 week# apart, i.e., the second unit will start 6 weeks after May 15, and additional units will be added at 6 week intervals until project is completed. The shopping center will start after the first kOQ homes are built. The date for the construction ofthe school is not yet determined. ?. Ho contracts for construction of been let. buildings have yet 8. Estimated total time for development of entire subdivision is 15 months, which in my opinion is rather optimistic. 9. It is planned to construct all pipe lines in streets. I advised the Heers Brothers that I could not promise them a thing as to when water could be served to this project, as I would first have to submit their tentative layout to Los Angeles for approval of our executives, and the engineering design of water mains required to serve this area. I believe that Mr. Adamson will wish to design the main transmission line to serve this area and I presume that it will be necessary to take a transmission main off of the existing Bonanza Village line at the intersection of Bonanza Road and Tonopah Highway— from which point it would extend in a northwesterly direction out Tonopah Highway to serve this area. It is questionable whether the present Bonanza Village pump® will provide adequate pressure and sufficient water to serve this area. In any event, I feel sure that Mr. Adamson will wish to make a complete engineering study of the pumping and transmission facilities required to serve water to this area. After this has been done, I will plan the pip# lines within the subdivision.
