Please refer to your letter dated April 15* 1953* File 1-733*** requesting advice as to what had been worked out with Mr, K&cPesk with regard to building encroachment over LVL&W Company pipeline easement in Lot H, Park Place Edition, Las Vegas, I as attaching hereto a copy of my letter to Mr, Cory dated March 16* 1953* in which I request him to prepare an agreement for Mr, MaoPeck*s signature in which he would agree to bear the expense of relocating the pipeline in the event it became necessary to perform maintenance work on it at a later date, and would also agree to furnish an easement for the relocation of this pipeline if it became necessary to relocate the line off the present easement. This request to Mr. Cory was the result of conversations with Mr, Mac-Peck in which he agreed to sign such an agreement, subject to approval of hia attorneys, I believe the 3d paragraph of my letter to Mr. Cory explains my position with respect to making a survey to determine the exact location of pipeline, L, R, Haag LRM/dm Eno.
