I understand, however, that local nurseries are charging local residents $1,00 per yard delivered for desert blow sand, and it is my thought that several of the local nurseries are aware of the fact that Union Pacific has some very desirable garden soil situated upon our property— especially at the location where Mr, Luke desires to remove material for his project. This soil would no doubt bring a price very substantially in excess of $1.00 per yard if sold locally to nursery men. L. R. Maag LRM/dm
