SMamaigth Recommendation for Las Vegas Land and Water Com­pany authority to construct approximately 730 LF of 6H Cast Iron Water Main and 25 LF of 6" Fire Hydrant connection to serve business district immediately north of Fremont Street between 21st Street and 23rd Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, at an estimated cost of $2870, charge­able to Investment, of which $190 is a donation. The Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust Company, acting as Trustee for a group of individuals, has entered into private contract for construction of water mains and fire hydrant connections, at its own expense, upon understanding, subject to Executive approval, the Watefr Company will, pursuant to Nevada Public Service Commis­sion Rule 9> make complete or partial refund of cost of water mains, which is agreed to be the sum of $2440. In addition, Pioneer Title Insurance and Trust Company, as Trustee, has agreed to construct, at its own expense, under private contract, 25 LF of fire hydrant connections at an estimated cost of $190, which amount is not subject to refund, but will be capitalized as a donation.
