    a 2-53 Las Vegas - January 30, 1953* Recently we leased Home Lumber Go nip any additional site for lumber storage on West Bonanza Road, west of the underpass, Las Vegas: Mr. LaGrange advises that the leased area is inadequate to handle their current shipments whioh, during the first eleven months of 1952 amounted to a total of 272 oars, consisting of: Wire mesh and nails from Missouri River points; Lumber from Pacific northwest and Canada; Mineral wool and cement from California; Plaster and plasterboard from Arden, Jievada; and requests lease of the irregular shaped parcel outlined In red on the attached print, or so much thereof as may be available. The lease to run concurrently with their present leases. 1 recommend granting the Lumber Company1a request and if you concur will you please advise rental* Mr. A.C* Ritter - Los Angeles Snc. W.H.
