Reinhardt Referring to our discussion a short time ago with Mr* Reinhardt oonoeming the furnishing of water to serve Charleston Heights Subdivision located on West Charleston Boulevard immediately westerly from the Hyde Park Subdivision; X an attaching copy of the letters dated January 28th and February 3rd from Charleston Heights, Inc*, requesting advice as to whether or not the Water Company will furnish water for the subdivision* As you will recall, Mr* Reinhardt stated that we were not in position to furnish water to this tract and Inasmuch as I understand they propose to take the matter up further with the Nevada Public Service Corn* 1 salon, will appreciate if you will please prepare appropriate reply to Charleston Heights, Inc* Enos* v;*H.
