RadllckJ Confirming our conversation a few day© ago, concerning installation of water mains to serve H&dlick Park Estates , Las Vegas, Nevada* To serve the Subdivision, we estimate it will require approximately 1300 LF of 6# water mains as indicated by red line on the attached print. The estimated cost of constructing the water mains is $5,110*00 which amount pursuant to Nevada Public Service Commission Rule 9, will be subject to refund. The City Authorities advise that it will be necessary to install two fir® hydrants to provide adequate fire protection to the Subdivision. The estimated cost of constructing 6,J oast iron water lints to these hydrants la #2^0.00 which amount Is not subject to refund. In addition it will be necessary that you secure from the city at your own expense th® two fir© hydrants, the cost of which will likewise not be subject to refund. Each of the above estimates includes a contingency item of lojj which !« to cover any unforeseen increase in material and other cost. Our contract will provide, among other things, that you deposit the estimated coat of $5 ,350*00 and in the event actual cost of the work should to® less than your deposit, the Water Company will refund to you such excess amount. In the event, however, that the actual cost should exceed the amount of your deposit, you will, upon receipt of bill, reimburse th® Water Company for such additional cost.
