October 23, 1952 Mr. George 0. Monahan County Engineer County Court House Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Sirs Rex erring to your letter of October 20, 1952 concerning deed for proposed new county road to be built between East Charleston Boulevard and the Salt Lake City highway along, a portion of which will cross property of the Las Vegas Land And Water Company, along the section line between sections 25 and 30. I &ia advised by our Los Angeles office that the Water Company has no objection to the proposed highway and has forwarded a proposed deed to our Omaha office for execution, it is anticipated the document will be returned within the next week or ten days and I will forward it to you promptly upon receipt.
