Mr, Wm, Reinhardt - Los Angeles Attached are three signatory and four extra copies of revocable permit from the State of Nevada, Department of Highways, authorizing construction of a water main extension southeasterly along Fremont Avenue, Las Vega®, from a point near Bruce Street to the intersection of Charleston Boulevard and a crossing of Fremont Avenue at Bruce Street, As Fremont Avenue is a State Highway, it was necessary to request permit from the State for the proposed extension authorized under WO 702, to serve the Purple Sage Motel. In view of the development along East Fremont and anticipating early request for further extensions, at the suggestion of the State Highway Department, I made application for permit for water line extending to intersection of Charleston Boulevard upon understanding that only such portion or portions would be constructed as development required from time to time. I recommend acceptance on behalf of the Water Company, If you concur, will you please execute the three signatory counterparts and return the duplicate and triplicate to me for delivery to the Highway Department, Las Vega® - November 3# 1952 w 2 3-1 - 1 0 3 W, H.
