I am attaching herewith, statement of Development Frojeot under constrnotion or in contemplation together with an estimate of new home construction by private individuals In presently subdivider areas. The location of the various projects are indicated on the attached by correspondence numbers. In addition to the projects listed on the attached statement, there are two additional major projects under consideration. a. Charleston Heights Becker' and Associates have acquired in excess of 3Q0 acres for housing development# They contemplate early construction of 300 homes with ultimate development over a 5-yea** period of - lAOQ homes. b, Woltlaek Tract Planning Coramisalon has approved development of Tract containing approximately 32 acres with single and multiple units and Subdivider contemplates early construction of - 350 homes. ¥.
