D a ily Report f o r July 24 o f operation o f the Charleston R eservoir in d ica tes that at 10:45 p.m ., standard tim e, pressure was reduced from 40 to 19 pounds. Report fu rth er in d ica tes that pressure flu ctu a ted from 25 pounds a t 11:45 p.m, to 11 pounds a t 4:30 a.ra., July 25» the R eservoir being p r a c t ic a lly f i l l e d at 1:45 a.m. The Well rep o rt also in d ica tes that the pumps were cut o f f o f Wells No. 8, 10 and 11 during th is p eriod. This morning we have numerous complaints from W estleigh Tract on West Charleston Boulevard o f lack o f water during the ea rly morning hours. Residents in th is area were unable to get water fo r bathing and other domestic uses. There appears to be no reason why adequate pressure can not be maintained p a r tic u la r ly when we have a f u l l tank and some o f the w ells c u rta ile d .
