    At I t s own expense to construct approximately 110 lin e a l fe e t o f 6" oast Iro n f i r e hydrant connections in lo c a tio n as d ire c te d by the proper au th ority o f the C ity o f Las Vegas. The cost o f con structin g said water main is the agreed sum o f #18,559.18 exclu sive o f the cost o f constructing the said 110 lin e a l fe e t o f 6tt cast iron f i r e hydrant connections, the expense o f which sh a ll be borne by the subdivider, 2. Said water main s h a ll be constructed o f 6* cast iro n pipe and s h a ll be in accordance w ith AWA s p e c ific a tio n s . A i l jo in ts sh a ll be o f cement and a l l pipe s h a ll be new B & S east ir o n , equal to AWA Glass 150, and a l l valve boxes s h a ll be o f oast iro n o f appropriate s iz e fo r each v a lv e . Unless otherwise approved by a duly authorized rep resen ta tive o f the Company, a l l p ip es 4 valves and f it t in g s s h a ll be manu­factu red by P a c ific States Cast Iron Pipe Company or M ueller Company. A ll pipe lin e s sh a ll be ch lorin ated in accordance w ith AWWA s p e c ific a tio n s , s h a ll be subject to the approval and acceptance o f State and C ity Health A u th o ritie s , and sh a ll be constructed at an e le va tio n to be designated by a duly authorized rep resen ta tive o f the Company, but in no event s h a ll there be le s s than 36" o f coverin g over such water mains. A ll workmanship, m aterial and the in s t a lla t io n o f said water main s h a ll be subject to the approval and acceptance by a duly authorized rep resen ta tive of the Company. 3. To fu rn ish the Company easements, s a tis fa c to r y in form, where pipe lin e s are to be la id in other than dedicated s tree ts and a lle y s , said easements to be f i v e fe e t on each sid e o f the cen ter lin e o f said pipe lin e . k* To fu rn ish a B il l o f Sale f o r said water mains, conveying to the Company a l l r ig h t, t i t l e and In te r e s t in the said water mains fr e e and c le a r o f a l l lie n s and encumbrances. The Company a g rees: 1. Upon the execution o f th is agreement and r e c e ip t o f said b i l l o f s a le , and such necessary easements f o r said water mains to pay to the Subdivider at monthly in te r v a ls t h ir t y - f i v e (3 5%) percent o f the monthly revenue received by i t from consumers loca ted w ith in W estleigh Tract No. 3, taking se rv ic e from the water mains in s ta lle d hereunder fo r a p erio d o f ten ( 10) years from the date o f completion of said in s t a lla ­tio n , or u n til the Subdivider has been repaid the agreed upon sum o f fl8 ,5 5 9 .1 8 , whichever f i r s t occurs.
