Second Street January 8, 1952 Lee Construction Company, Inc., 1229 South Main Street Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Sin Referring to your letter of January 5, 1952, concerning installation of water lines to serve Ridgeview Tract No. 4, Las Vegas, Nevada, involving the construction of approximately 270 feet of 8" water main in 15th Street and 550 feet of 6* water main in Bracken Street at a oost of $2829.00. Upon receipt of your advise that you are willing to execute agreement providings 1. You will, at your own expense construct said water mains at or for the agreed upon oost of $2829.00. 2. You will execute Bill of Sale conveying the water mains to the Las Vegas Land and Water Company. 3. That you will, at your own expense, furnish and Install such fire hydrants as may be required by the city. I will request authority to refund to you 35# of the revenues derived from consumers located within the tract taking service from such mains during the 10-year period following completion or until you have been refunded the sum of $2829,00, whichever first occurs.
