Bennett - Los Angeles fftll you please prepare refund agreement with Paradise Realty Company, Inc., a Nevada. Corporation with place of business at Las Vegas, Nevada, covering installation of water mains to serve Paradise Village, Tract 3, Las Vegas, as per map recorded in Book 3 of Plats, page 37, Clark County Nevada Records, data for which follows. Bubdlvider agrees; 1. At its sole cost and expense to furnish all necessary materials and labor and to construct approximately 234 lineal feet of 8* and 1530 lineal feet of 6* oast iron water main in location described as follows; Commencing at a connection with existing 3” cast iron water main in St. Louis Street, at the Intersection of Santa Paula Brlve, thenos easterly with an S* east iron water main in St. Louis Street approximately 234 feet to the inter­section of Santa Rita Brive; Commencing at a connection with the 8* oast iron water main to be constructed as above pro­vided at a point approximately 20 feet north of the northwest corner of Lot 24 of said Tract 3, thence with a cast iron water main southerly through said Tract 3, approximately 1365 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 45 of said Tract 3 thence easterly along the south line of said Lot 45 and across Santa Rita Brivs, a distance of approximately 160 feet. The estimated cost of constructing said water mains is #5644.80. 2. The specif 1 cation for construction are the same as set forth in Agreement NLD 2601 with Plualelgh- Oillett, Inc., except that the pipe shall be 6* and 8* oast iron pipe.
