White - Omaha Referring to your letter of February 11, 1952, File BD 6-6, concerning overages and shortages, I wrote you in reply to your letter of December 31 as follows: 8Review of Form 6 indicates the following overages an# shortages were reported during 1951. September October November December Overages " fl.20 8.05 ? 25 $9,50 Shortages $5.50 .50 1.40 § 7 M leaving a net overage of $2,10 for the period, in view of which it appears the net shortage of $.25 referred should be charged against the previous overage.8 As suggested we have tahen up on our Form 6 of February 13, the $1*65 on the credit side opposite ‘‘Balance This Date8, and in the analysis of balance, I am handling with Mr. Reinhardt for approval to write this amount off.
