As regards the refund cheeks for the 3rd and 4th quarters 1951, attached is statement of receipts during period July 1 to December 31, 1951, for which checks In the amount of $67.$0 and $71.37 covering the 3rd and 4th quarters respectively were forwarded to you. Many of our customers do not pay monthly but for several months at a time, which accounts for the varying amounts refunded. During January &pd so far this month* we have collected approximately tlJfjC.OQ, which will be included in refunds for the 1st quarter of 1952. Yours truly,
