Vitt 6020 East 57th Street Seattle, Washington Dear Sirs Referring to your letter of February 13, 1952* enclosing authority to make subsequent refund payments due you under oontr&ot dated Aprl|f 9, 1951 to Pioneer title Company: Will you please confirm my understanding thfft your authorization is not Intended to assign you interest in the contract to the title Company, but merely that payment due shall be made payable to you af£d. mailed to the Title Company for your account. As regards the refund cheeks for the 3rd and 4th quarters 1951, attached is statement of receipts during period July 1 to December 31, 1951, for which checks In the amount of $67.$0 and $71.37 covering the 3rd and 4th quarters respectively were forwarded to you. Many of our customers do not pay monthly but for several months at a time, which accounts for the varying amounts refunded.
