Las Vegas - March 7# 1952 X 5-204 Hr, Wia* Reinhardt ~ Los Angeles * An 1949 we sold to Miss Evelyn Rose Woodward, employed by the 0 0 & H Department at Xermo, Lot 4, Block 2, Tract 1867, upon which she erected a house. Miss Woodward desires to construct an addition to her house. She states the only economical and practical manner is to construct the addition on the east side. As the addition would encroach upon adjoining Lot 5# Miss Woodward has made application to purchase the lot and agrees to make payment of $250, our authorized sale price, upon delivery of'deed. I recommend the sale and if you concur, will you please arrange for deed. ¥, B. Johnson
