White • Omaha Referring to your letter of March 18, File G-19-85Q concerning Bill Collectible in amount $5 727 due from Estate of E. 7» G-ulnn; As I advised in my letter of January 11, Mr. Guinn passed away and his firm has been forced into bankruptcy. Liabilities are estimated to be in excess of $0.09 000 with little or no assets. As the service connection is located within the street, no lien attaches to abutting property. However, as the connection was installed to serve a building being erected for Walter Murray, we anticipate making collection from himf otherwise we can disconnect the service. This matter is being handled by Mr. Cory with Mr. Murray1a attorney. We have deferred filing claim against the Estate of E. Z* Cfculnn, as Mr. Cory is of opinion such action might prejudice our attempt to collect from Mr. Walker. We Will advise outcome of our efforts to collect payment. W, H. Johnson
