White - Omaha Referring to your letter of April 17# 1952, file BP 9-2-4 requesting detailed statements of cost to Subdividers of constructing water mains authorized by various Work Orders* In the case of WO 660, authorizing construction of water main to serve property being developed by Donald i*. Ream, Contract Audit No. 10623 with Mr. Ream provides “The cost of constructing said water mains is the agreed sum of Nine Hundred Dollars ($900.00)1 Mr. Ream had contracted for the construction of the main, including installation of one fire hydrant required by City Authorities, at a cost of #1 0?2. As this was in excess of our estimate of #900 for construction of the main, exclusive of the fire hydrant, we negotiated the agreed price of |900 as the cost subject to refund.
