White - Omaha Las -Vegas - May 6, 1952 K 2>1~71 Referring to your letter of April 19, file B» 9-2-^ requesting statement of cost of constructing water mains to serve Westlelgh Tracts No. 1 and No. 2, Las VegasX The agreements with Federal Development Company, CA 10571 dated January 29, 1951 and CA 10599 dated September 18, 1951, covering construction of water mains authorized under W0*s 658 and 680 respectively, do not require subdivider to furnish statement of cost for the reason an agreed upon cost of the work as set forth In the agreements was negotiated before work was performed. In each instance, due to delay in securing City approval of the balance of the Subdivision, the Subdivider was unable to complete all of the work called for under the respective contracts and we negotiated a revised "agreed sum" as set forth in supplemental agreements of March 19, 1952, based upon work actually performed.
