Referring to our conversation a short tine ago concerning r e q u e s t C i t y of North Las Vegas for a right-of-way across iptnoh property for proposed sewerline and the purchase of a sits for the proposed pumping plantJ This matter was presented to our officers at Los Angeles, and I am today advised they are willing to recommend to our executives that the Water Company grant to the city a ten-foot easement located along the north and south center line of Section 25 for sewerline, and sale to the City of a site for the proposed pumping plant, containing approximately one-half acre, for a "consideration of #100 upon receipt of advice from City that the sewer bonds have been sold and contract has been awarded for- construction of the sewerline and pumping plant.
