If you will please prepare quit claim easement, data for which follows, I will recommend execution by our executives. The Undersigned does hereby quit claim and forever release unto that certain right of way and easement for the construction, operation, maintenance, recon­struction, repair and removal, of a water pipe line with right of Ingress and egress over, along, across and under that certain strip of land ten (10) feet in width in the city of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada and being that portion of the Subdivision of Lot J of Park Place Addition as per map recorded in Book 1 of Plats, page 69, Clark County, Nevada Records and described in that certain easement dated December 18, 1 9 ^ and from V. Gray Gubler, et al to Las Vegas Land and Water Company, a Nevada Corporation, recorded March 23, 19&5 in Book 38 of Deed, Pages J6 - 39, Clark County, Nevada Records, as Document No. 19^685, as followsl *Strip No. 8.
