B*389 attached to agreement OA #73903* Subsequently we laaaad tha area outlined in yellow on One* B-389 to National Ratal and Steal Corporation and agreed to provide service w a r tha rad and graaa track between Points *A* and "h** Our agreement further provided, among other things? 1* Cara consigned to or returned by Rational would be spotted on this track* 2* Railroad Cou^any would, at ita expense, maintain the portion of this between Points •A* and *0** (At the tine of otsr negotiations we were advised this portion of the red track and the two siauve track* war# used as lead tracks to servo others than National in view of which National would not agree to assume coat of maintenance.) % National would bear oost of maintenance of the balance of tha tracks covered by tha agreement* At tha time the City would not grant operating rights over tha uncolored tracks north of Maw Book Street west of National lease and wa therefore could not contract for use of such tracks* Following considerable negotiations.
