I agree.Las Vegas - October 20, 1951 Mr. William Reinhardt: , _ Referring to phone conversation a few days ago concerning estimated monthly revenues under the new rate schedule effective September 1, 1951. Our September accruals amounted to #25,940 as compared with August accruals of #20,244, an increase of $3,696. Incident to the computation of new rates it was found necessary to survey a considerable number of service connections which developed a number of new services additional units on existing service lines and reclassification of existing facilities. A segregation of the various charges was not currently maintained however reviewing the adjustment.
