Las Vegas, authorised under W. 0. 674, it is necessary that we secure permit from the State of Nevada ~~ Department of Highways, for that portion of the Xine in Bonanza Road. Attached hereto in triplicate is Revocable Permit dated November 6, 1961, which has been executed on behalf of the State. If you see no objection to the Form as submitted will you please approve as to form and forward to Mr. Reinhardt for acceptance on behalf of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company. W. H. Johnson
