Las Vegas * September 6, 1950 ¥ yJk Mr. Charles Adams* As you will recall la 1942 under Work Order 4 & we sold to the City of lam Vegas* ten acres la the north* west corner of the Banoh for cemetery purposes* X now enclose a letter from F* M. Eaton, ' Planning Engineer* In which he Invitee our attention to the fact that the south line of thle cemetery fence encroaches on our land approximately 23 feet. Inasmuch as some buildings have been constructed on the strip in question* the City desires to acquire title to the area to avoid the expense of moving the buildings.
