Mr* Charles Msms M ? Mr* Berryf representing a firm of subdlviders who plan to build. a number of houses In the north west comer of section 29, called at the office to-day with the enclosed petition* He states M s f l m plans to construct a sewer main from their subdivision located north of Twin Lakes to connect with the city sewer system at *A“ atreetf and that the subdivider will defray the cost of such sewer line providing the adjacent property owners will petition the City Commissioners to that effect. However, in reading over the petition it indicates the property owners are agreeable not only to assessment but to Increased valuation* I advised him that I would not sign the petition but would refer the matter to you* In a conference with the City Engineer to-day, he advises me that the west side sewer line is now running full and if Berry was permitted to connect his system to the line it would result in a surcharge. I would appreciate your advice* hsM Vegas - June 26, 1950 A. M. Folger
