I agree.% Las Vega* - September J© , R 2-1X2 Hr. A, C. Hitter: ( ee Hr* B. M. Presoott) y/ ^\ Referring to your letter September 27th, file 733*5- and our telephone conversation today regarding execution of termination egreeaeat with 0. J, Soberer covering the leasehold on South Main Street* 1 have been handling this matter with Hr. Soberer in an effort to obtain the return of the executed termination rider together with the taxes due. This morning while I was talking to (ftterlee Blmock in his store at 1025 South Main street, Mr, Seherer telephoned from Son&grson where he is located to determine whether the site would be leased to Bitneek as he had In mind selling to Mr* Blmock the two small sheds and fence on the leasehold. Mr, Beraeck was formerly manager of testers Beating Company and his dealings with the railroad company have always been very fair. Be frankly stated he could not promise the railroad company to ship in a number of shipments when he knew such shipments probably would not s&tsraSleej however he has a proposal under way with the American linen Supply Company to store for them earload shipments of linen which they expect to receive. Will appreciate your advise. A. M. Folger
