Adamson; In looking over WIMSlA today with Engineer Kaag* our attention Is called to the Importance of hilling Waale, Gaarplas & Tiberti for the pipe we famished to fill out the 3800 feet they are required to furnish under the agreement, Tiberti* as you may recall, had 1764 feet of 12-inch and 1?64 feet of 10-inch, leaving a difference of 2?2 feet which we furnished. Following the measurements on thoev eprrint he will be short 302 feet of 10-inch and' 36 feet of 12-inch. Enclosed is copy of bill I propose to render to Tiberti with a view to collecting before the pipe is Installed in the ditch. If you concur* please so advise and I will send the bill to Tiberti. The cost figures are based on prices shown in Pacific States 0.
