I have checked these rates with those on file and prescribed by the Commission, and find them to be correct; except I do not find any rate for private baths and toilets. 1 have written Mr. Edwards to that effect. It appears, however, to the Commission that the #30 laundry rate and the restaurant rate was established for commercial steam laundries and restaurants. It may be too high for this type of service.
