Under this arrangement, Frontier Improvement Company provided material and labor to install the 8* and 6“ water main into the tract! and advanced #1750.00 toward the cost of extending & 10" main from a connection at the nearest available main. Our Company assumed the difference between the #1750.00 advanced by the subdivider and the actual cost of the 10* main. fhe subdivider also Installed fire hydrants, but these charges are explained in the close-out so they can he eliminated from our accounts! the amount la 1509*®0. fhe Work Order was started October 1 and was completed December 3l, 194?, although we have not yet accepted their water line pending satisfactory pressure tests.
