Las Vegas - M&rch 4, 1948 W 2 >1-4? Regarding proposed extension of water main to serve the Bonanza Village tract, subject of your letter October 31 194-6, to Waale-C&mplan & Thomas, copy to the Public Service Commission: Mr. Frank Strong: The firm name has now been changed to Waale Camplsn & Tiberti, Inc., and *T« A. Tiberti, Secretary of the corporation, has re-opened negotiations with & view to now proceeding with the extension* Attached is his letter February 3rd (received a day or two ago) In which he accepts generally the proposal of October 3, 1946, While our proposal offered alternative routes, designated on the print as "Plan A* and "Plan B", he now suggests a third route, hereinafter referred to as "Plan G* Wider which the connection would take off ©ur 24-lnoh line at a point where the power pole line crosses the pipe line, thence north on & tangent to enter the Bonanza Village tract at Comstock Drive. The distance is estimated to be 3800 feet, and Tiberti*8 pipe which he ordered eighteen months ago, has now arrived and all three carloads are strung out on the ground along the route of "Plan 0*. Of course, if any other rout© is finally adopted, the pipe can be picked up and re-strung to fit. His pipe consists of 1900 ft of 12* and 1900 ft of 10*, the larger diameter being strung out starting from the 24-inch. We might consider a co-operative plan for its installation under which the sub-divider would: 1, Construct pump-house, pumps and tanks and provide meter. !<* Give us a bill-of-sale on the 12" and 10* pipe. 3. Advance estimated cost of labor to install pipe line. 4. Furnish bill of sale on the existing system within the tract, excluding the value of his wells* On this basis, It Is estimated their cost would
