Whites In connection with our monthly report of water sales in which we classify according to residential, commercial, etc.* We are now negotiating with Federal Housing Administration with a view to making future deliveries to the Kelso-furner project on a flat rate basis instead of through meter under Contract Mo. 10175* When the change is made to a flat rate basis, should we continue showing this service under *11-2 Utility1* or transfer the service to “Residential" and eliminate the *0tility" classification entirely. We have previously considered as "Utility* wholesale water furnished on a meter basis and the Army Housing is the last remaining under this classification* A. M. Folger
