1a 22--5io9 i Las Vegas - March 17, M g l Mr. Frank Strong: Supplementing-my letter March 5 regarding proposed warehouse construction by Las Vegas ©tetri buting Company: Following our conference with Mr. Ronnow of the Clark County Wholesale Mercantile Company yesterday, I contacted *Terry Masek and advised him we would prefer to have the operations of the Clark County Wholesale Mercantile Company consolidated on one section of the Industrial Tract, rather than scattered in different locations, and had, therefore, decided to lease the site north of the Mercantile Company to Mr. Ronnow. Masek subsequently conferred with Mr. Ronnow regarding the 95* site just north of Clark Street, which Mr. Ronnow agreed to fill in and remove therefrom the shed on back of the site. This 95* site is agreeable to Mr. Masek on which he requests a lO-ysar terra lease for construction of warehouse. I advised Masek we would recommend it and he could therefore feel free to employ an architect to put his plana in shape so that a building permit could be obtained. As soon as these are available, I will send you a copy. Will you please, therefore, arrange for 10- year leases In favor of, (1) Clark County Wholesale Mercantile Company, covering the 110* eite adjoining their present lease on the north. (2) 10-year lease in favor of Masek and his associates, dba Las Vegas Distributing Company, covering the 95* site just north of Clark Street. Termination riders should also be prepared for execution by Clark County Wholesale Mercantile Company and Masek, releasing the respective sites they now hold. A. M. Folger
