Las Vegas - March 22, 1<M*8 V 1-7-2 Mr. L. A. Whites ( oc - Mr. C. Mo Gory) We have been carrying in our collectible account an its® of #^.50 due from 0. J. Beck, covering water service furnished at 42& Ogden Street during September and October 19**6. When the account became delinquent, we discontinued service and the occupants vacated the house. While we have contacted him from time to time since, he claims he is unable to pay the bill. The house has now been demolished and removed from the property and I see no prospect of collecting the old bill. Nothing can be gained by carrying it in our Form 26 from month to month and I recommend the item be charged off. May we have your authority please. A. M. Folger I concur in the above recommendation.
